RETURNS:

We offer Free Returns* for up to 30 days after purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Sending the item back without the packaging will incur a penalty. 

*Free Returns are applicable from the EU, USA, Switzerland, Norway, UK. Free Returns are also applicable from Canada, only for orders purchased after December 1st 2023. Please note free returns only apply if you use our return portal to receive a label. If you ship back an item at your own expense this will not be reimbursed. 

Once a return has been received by our warehouse, we strive to process your return or exchange within 14 days. After a refund has been processed from our end, it depends on your bank's processing time before the amount is reflected in your statements.


Please note refunds can only be made using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase, for instance directly to a debit or credit card, or via PayPal. It is not possible to make a refund to a different payment method than the one selected by the customer for the initial transaction.


Please note any express shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount being refunded.

EXCHANGES:

Once your return is received at the warehouse, we strive to process your refund/exchange request within 14 days.

After a refund has been processed, it depends on your bank's processing time for the amount to reflect in your account statement.

STORE CREDIT:

Once a product has been returned for store credit, it can not be exchanged into cash. If you make a purchase for an amount lower than your store credit, you will still be eligible to make use of the remaining store credit on future orders. We will not return the remaining amount to you in cash.


If you have selected the option to get refunded in a gift card (store credit) when registering your return, you can ask for a refund to the original payment method up to 14 days after the gift card is issued.
