RETURNS:
We offer Free Returns* for up to 30 days after purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Sending the item back without the packaging will incur a penalty.
*Free Returns are applicable from the EU, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and UK. Free returns only apply when the return value is above €40/$45, submitted through our Returns Portal. If you ship back an item at your own expense this will not be reimbursed. If your return value is below the mentioned threshold, please reach out to [email protected] to receive immediate assistance.
REFUNDS:
Once a return has been received by our warehouse, we strive to process your return or exchange request within 7 days. After a refund has been processed from our end, it depends on your bank's processing time before the amount is reflected in your statements.
Please note refunds can only be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. Any express shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES:
Once your return is received at the warehouse, we strive to process your exchange request within 7 days.
STORE CREDIT:
If you purchase using store credits/gift cards and the amount is lower than your current credit, you will still be eligible to make use of the remaining store credit on future orders. We will not return the remaining amount to you in cash.
If you have selected the option to get refunded in a gift card (store credit) when registering your return, you can ask for a refund to the original payment method up to 14 days after the gift card is issued.
Purchases made with store credits/gift cards cannot be returned for a cash refund. The credit amount will be restored to the gift card after the return is processed.
