What is your VALLON Rx (prescription) warranty policy?
All VALLON Rx (prescription) products come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from vallon.com.
Please be advised that the 2-year warranty is for authentic products only, including authentic lenses, frames, and parts without modifications of any sort. Any alterations void all warranties.
What can I do if I'm experiencing issues with my VALLON prescription sunglasses?
It may take a few days to adjust to a new glasses prescription. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will do our best to help troubleshoot the problem.
VALLON Rx (Prescription) Returns Policy
Due to VALLON Rx (prescription) products being custom-made, we are unable to accept Returns for VALLON Rx (prescription) products. Customers that purchase VALLON Rx (prescription) products have a 30-day window after receipt of the product to get in touch with our Customer Support team if there is an issue with the product that fulfils the criteria listed below. Requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Ophthalmology Error
VALLON and our optician partner guarantee that the prescription you submit will be fulfilled exactly. All Rx products will be inspected before they are shipped to the customer. However, if your eye doctor has made an error in your prescription and you need to retake your eye exam, we will offer you a 50% discount on your reorder.
VALLON Error
If you are experiencing issues with the prescription in your VALLON Rx product, and believe that the lens is at fault, we recommend that you contact your eye doctor/optician, and request that they review our work.
In the rare circumstance that there is a defect in the materials, or the prescription lenses are not made according to the prescription provided, we will remake your prescription for free and pay for shipping both ways.
